Homeowner Association Information

Porter Properties, LLC will be taking over management of the Lundy Chase Owners' Assocation effective June 1, 2010.  Annual dues for 2010 will be $264 per home.  We will prorate the 2010 dues for existing owners starting June 1, 2010.  All new owners' dues will be pro-rated at closing.  Future dues will be due January 1st of each year.
