Homeowner Association Information
Porter Properties, LLC is the management company for the Lundy Chase Owners'
Assocation including both Lundy Chase & Lundy West. Annual dues for 2011 will be $300 per
home. All new owners' dues will be pro-rated at closing. Future dues will be due January
1st of each year.
